Our box office phone line and in person box office at MAST Mayflower Studios will be closed between 2pm – 5pm on Friday 29 November for staff training and development. They will reopen as usual after this time.
Tickets can be purchased from our website during this time. Alternatively, you can email our customer services team at comments@mayflower.org.uk, but please be aware our customer services team will be unavailable during this time too.

Our phone lines are open 10.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, and 12.00pm to 5.30pm on Saturdays. On the day of a performance our lines will be open until curtain up on weekdays and Saturdays. We appreciate your feedback, comments and suggestions. Charity ticket requests
As registered charitable trusts (Mayflower Theatre charity no. 294745 and MAST Mayflower Studios charity no. 1194797) we are not in a position to provide financial sponsorship for charities. However, as part of our charitable giving we will make a limited number of tickets available to distribute to good causes. If you would like to apply, please see the information below and complete the form.
Please note that requests which are not submitted via our website will not be replied to.
How to apply
Every month we will hold a draw to win 4 tickets, from each venue, for you to use as you wish.
The draw will take place during the last week of the month and if you have been successful you will be notified by our Customer Relations department.
We will only support registered charities/organisations.
We will accept 3 applications per year per charity/organisation, however, successful applicants can only re-enter the draw after 1 year from the date they won.
